Throughout the year, Hospicare holds many events and programs, including ongoing grief support groups and special one-time or limited-time sessions. Hospicare also holds fundraising activities and outreach and educational events.

Illuminations Community Memorial ONLINE

freeJoin us from the comfort of your living room to remember your loved ones during this special program featuring music, poetry, a candle lighting, and a moment of silence for those who died as a result of the pandemic.
Event will be live streamed on YouTube. Just go to our channel to view the program. Webcams are not needed to participate; guests will have the opportunity to interact and support one another via chat.

If you are able please have a candle available to light during the program, if you don’t have a candle on hand or are unable to purchase one, consider downloading one of the many app free options for lighting a candle virtually on your phone or other device.
