This is a 6 month program for bereaved people who are interested in developing and sharing a short movement vignette which depicts an aspect of grief or a story through movement which honors a moment in time with their loved one. The development process begins in May and ends with a sharing in November at The Hangar Theatre. Participants will meet bi-monthly at Hospicare and other venues, which will be announced at a later date. Our meetups will be 90 minutes long and consist of a variety of movement activities, journaling with prompts and chakra toning meditations. To encourage our movement vignettes to take physical form and to build authentic storylines; we will work with a specific movement framework and props. All levels of experience welcome.
