When you support the mission of Hospicare, you help give terminally ill people the opportunity to spend the end of their lives peacefully, meaningfully, and without pain. Securing the future of Hospicare and Palliative Care Services is a way to make an important contribution to our community. You may also honor the memory of your loved ones while also helping others. We strive to make it easy for you to support this important work in the way that works best for you.

Become a part of our events:

  • Illuminations – This memorial event takes place each June. You may purchase a luminaria for $25 in honor or memory of a loved one. The event includes refreshments and a program of music and readings.
  • Women Swimmin’  – A community swim across Cayuga Lake in August. All money raised by those who sponsor swimmers and boaters goes to support our programs. Event expenses are underwritten by corporate sponsors.
  • Winter Solace – A memorial event which takes place early in December.  Participants make donations in memory of loved ones. A board featuring those names is displayed, and participants enjoy refreshments and a program of music and spoken words.
