It may have been a while since you have shared space with stillness. Return to yourself again for a moment during this gentle, guided movement and mindfulness class. Blankets, pillow and comfy clothes can be supportive, though they are not required. Everyone is welcome, even if you would just like to sit in community. Instructor Shasta Savage is a trauma informed, certified accessible Registered Yoga Teacher. She found her way to yoga and mindfulness following a deep loss over a decade ago. She returns to her practice to remind herself how it feels to be still. Held via Zoom
