This two hour workshop for bereaved parents will help you shift out of emotional reactivity and return to calm and peaceful emotional states. Bereaved parents are especially vulnerable to limiting thoughts and beliefs, including guilt, worry and sometimes shame. The trauma that we incur as bereaved parents can affect us for a lifetime. We now know through neuroscience and psychology that we can overcome these limiting beliefs, and consistently learn to release the emotional and thought patterns associated with our past experiences. Join us and learn practical tools to increase energy and discover new ways to find peace and connection. Led by Anita Devine, LCSW-R.
