Throughout the year, Hospicare holds many events and programs, including ongoing grief support groups and special one-time or limited-time sessions. Hospicare also holds fundraising activities and outreach and educational events.

Establish your goals and overcome your fears. Death is a part of life, and planning for it can make all the difference to the emotional health of those you leave behind. This talk will cover: the importance of advance care planning; guidance in filling out Health Care Proxy, MOLST, and other important forms; how to start the conversation with your family and other loved ones.
