Hospicare 101

Hospice 101 will be presented by our Social Worker Edna Brown next week at the Agewell Center in Cortland. It will be on Friday the 21st at 12:00 pm.
An introduction to the services of Hospicare & Palliative Care Services. Hospicare & Palliative Care Services uses an interdisciplinary team approach to providing care to patients, families and caregivers in Cortland and Tompkins counties. We provide emotional, medical and spiritual support, and patients have access to care from physicians, nurses, social workers, grief counselors, home health aides and volunteers. Hospicare also offers grief support services for all those who live in Tompkins or Cortland Counties, regardless of whether your loved one used Hospicare services.
