Throughout the year, Hospicare holds many events and programs, including ongoing grief support groups and special one-time or limited-time sessions. Hospicare also holds fundraising activities and outreach and educational events.

Grief Writing Workshops

Description: Join us for an online writing workshop led by poet, Clare Jones, recipient of fellowships from the Fulbright Program, Saltonstall Foundation for the Arts, and the Iowa Writer’s Workshop. She will be providing a safe and comforting space for us to write about grief alongside each other. Attend one, two or all three sessions. This program is made possible in full with funds from the Statewide Community Regrants program from the New York State Council on the Arts, with the support of the office of the Governor and NYS Legislature, and from Tompkins County; administered by the Community Arts Partnership of Tompkins County.
