Winter Solace Virtual Community Memorial

We welcome all who are grieving to come together to remember loved ones at our annual community memorial. At 7pm, you’ll be able to visit (via breakout rooms) with Hospicare staff and others in the community who are grieving.  And then we’ll all come together at 7:30pm for a full program of fellowship, warmth, music and candle lighting. Have your own candle ready at home to celebrate the life of your loved ones who have passed. Please register below.
