Throughout the year, Hospicare holds many events and programs, including ongoing grief support groups and special one-time or limited-time sessions. Hospicare also holds fundraising activities and outreach and educational events.

ONLINE Winter Solace Community Memorial
December 6, 2020 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm
freeA memorial event welcoming all in our community who are grieving, regardless of whether your loved one died on Hospicare’s services. Join us via Zoom for fellowship and warmth and a time of remembrance during the busy and sometimes stressful holiday season.
Sign in at 7pm for fellowship and conversation and stay for a memorial service. Or come at 7:30pm for the program of remembrance. 
A special display will feature names of those being remembered.
