Throughout the year, Hospicare holds many events and programs, including ongoing grief support groups and special one-time or limited-time sessions. Hospicare also holds fundraising activities and outreach and educational events.

Stop, Calm, Rest, Heal

This two hour workshop will teach meditation and hypnosis practices that promote physical, mental and emotional relaxation. When we relax into an inner space of calm and rest, we can touch our sorrow, release emotions and heal much more effectively.
