Season of Solace Community Memorial

Join the Hospicare team and other community members for a time of remembrance to start the holiday season. Guests will have the opportunity to light a candle and contribute their loved one’s name to a collaborative memorial.
All are welcome! Light refreshments will be served. A brief remembrance program begins at 7:00 p.m. RSVP below.
