The Tai Chi Easy program is especially beneficial to those who are moving through the grief process. It will provide you with tools to gently exercise your body while quieting your racing mind. It will rebuild depleted energy stores, reduce the seemingly perpetual stress response in your body, and help cultivate a sense of inner peace. It is a way of giving ourselves the gift of self-care, which is much needed and deserved, yet underappreciated.
