Many grievers feel they have lost essential parts of themselves and the life they planned. This two hour workshop explores ways to feel whole again, even while we grieve. We’ll focus on ritual, simple mindfulness meditation techniques, and shared experience as tools to re-gather the pieces of our lives. This workshop is co-led by Elaine Mansfield, workshop leader, author, and widow, and Pamela Goddard, musician, meditation facilitator, and bereaved sibling. Anyone 18 years of age or older is welcome, regardless of the relationship to the deceased or when the death occurred.
