Throughout the year, Hospicare holds many events and programs, including ongoing grief support groups and special one-time or limited-time sessions. Hospicare also holds fundraising activities and outreach and educational events.

Volunteer Training

Hospicare volunteers help in many important ways. Twice a year Hospicare offers a training series for individuals interested in becoming volunteers. If you are interested in joining this caring group of individuals, learn more about being a Hospicare volunteer.
To start the volunteer application process, download the volunteer application. Potential volunteers must complete the application and meet with the Manager of Volunteer Services before the training starts.
All volunteers must complete the mandatory training program; attendance at all sessions is required. Additional paperwork and health requirements will be reviewed during the training.
