Dates: September 26-28 for overnight participants, September 27 only for single day participants
Time: Overnight guests: Arrival Friday afternoon no later than 5:00pm, check out by noon Sunday.
Saturday only guests: arrival by 10:00am with afternoon departure.

Join other community members for a short writing retreat at Saltonstall Art Colony. This retreat is specifically designed and intended for those experiencing or working through grief. There is no cost, but you must be a resident of Tompkins County to participate. There will be room for five overnight participants in the private apartments at the residence for two nights and four day-only participants for one day. The retreat will be led by local writer Clare Jones (who will be on-site) and is designed to provide community members with a private space and a quiet environment — free from the distractions of everyday life — where they can engage in their creative or writing practice. The facilities are designed for single-occupancy and do not accommodate couples or families. Participants will need to provide their own transport to and from the location.
