When we’re caught in the strong emotions of grief we may feel that we are disconnected or lost. The simple practices of Mindfulness Meditation can help us find our solid ground. Pamela Goddard (meditation facilitator with the Cedar Cabin Sangha, and a bereaved sibling) will share time tested practices which can be used by anyone of any faith.
