Creative Expression and Mindfulness Workshop: Online
February 25 @ 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm
In this class, we will use mindfulness and art to encourage gentle expression of our grief, tell our stories, and explore the healing potential of the creative process.
Together we will create a safe place to:
- Explore our loss using mindfulness arts to deepen our understanding and healing.
- Produce art to help move through grief and honor our loved one.
- Connect, hold space for and support others who have experienced loss.
