The Hospice Foundation of Cortland County is recognizing several individuals for their service. The special guest speaker is Jayne Demakos, CTHP (Certified Therapeutic Harp Practitioner), Music Program Coordinator at Hospicare & Palliative Care Services.
There will be a social hour will be from 5:00 – 6:00 p.m. Dinner will start at 6:00 p.m.
