Hospicare holds special events throughout the year to honor those who have died and celebrate life.

Illuminations

Late spring. Our annual spring community memorial program of music and readings.

Pathways that wind through the gardens at the Nina K. Miller Hospicare Center glow with luminarias, each dedicated to the memory of someone who has died.

Annual Memorial Service

November. A service for families and friends of those who died on hospice services. The program includes reflection, music, and a candle-lighting ceremony, followed by a reception hosted by Hospicare volunteers.

Light the Landscape

December. Our annual winter community program of music and reflection. Winter gardens of the Nina K. Miller Hospicare Center brighten the evening with shimmering lights. Each bulb commemorates a loved one.
